How We Work
Metrica Agency works from London, and for everywhere we don't sit, we bring in someone who does.
Most of the rescue work that reaches us is a plan that reads well in head office and lands badly with a local buyer, or the reverse.
We are a boutique, so you deal with the people doing the work.
How We Run an Entry
We agree the goal, then shape the programme that reaches it. We split the work into three phases. Every phase has a named owner and a date, and we cost each one before it starts.
At Metrica Agency, we work with your people from week one. Head office sets the budget, the headcount and the patience, so head office has to be in the room. That means the steering committee, the senior team, regional managers, team leaders and the sales floor.
The practical version: we change what gets reported and who answers for the country plan. Someone senior owns it by name.
Before any work starts, we fix what success looks like in numbers. Then agree how we will measure the progress, and we report against those numbers for the length of the engagement.
When a driver proves wrong, we say so early and iterate the plan.
