Neousys Technology manufactures rugged industrial computers designed for machine vision, in-vehicle systems and edge AI. Managing European demand directly from Taipei created time-zone barriers between regional distributors and technical support engineers. To solve that gap, in October 2025, the company established Neousys Technology Germany GmbH in Augsburg. This places direct sales and engineering support in close proximity to major industrial buyers.
Neousys set the specification. Metrica Agency found the people who met it, and vetted them before the client saw a CV.
The client owned Iberia and was unknown in North America. Its pricing and collateral assumed a buyer who already knew the name, and its contracts were written for European counterparties.
Metrica Agency analysed the US competitive set, repriced in dollars against local benchmarks and rewrote the positioning for a cold audience. We resolved the data transfer, state tax nexus and employment questions, then matched the client with a US sales lead who had sold into their vertical for eleven years.
Zoomlion Access manufactures mobile elevating work platforms. Serving European customers from Chinese production meant long lead times and freight exposure on bulky units. The company opened Phase I of its Hungarian MEWP plant in Tatabánya, its first in Europe.
Metrica Agency was brought in for finding and vetting the local specialists Zoomlion needed on the ground in Europe.
The client had signed a framework contract with a Saudi developer. It required a locally licensed entity and three named officers inside seven weeks. Their existing advisers quoted four months.
Metrica Agency opened all three searches at once and shortlisted from the network in 9 days. We handled the investment licence in parallel and sat in every first interview.
